Ladybirds Nursery
Welcome to Ladybirds Nursery!
Thank you for your interest in Ladybirds Nursery - our dedicated provision for children aged three to four years serving the families of Berinsfield and surrounding villages.
With extensive indoor and outdoor spaces to explore, there's plenty to learn and discover!
Learning at Ladybirds
Ladybirds Nursery is part of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) within the primary school. We believe that children learn best in early years through play and exploration. Children are encouraged to join in activities, to be independent and to make choices.
At Ladybirds Nursery, we provide stimulating and well-resourced learning spaces, where the provision is carefully planned to challenge, motivate, and develop children’s skills in line with the Development Matters framework. With a new topic to focus on every term, your child will be able to explore and learn through planned activities and free-flow play.
You can find out more about how and what children learn in ou nursery in the curriculum overview at the bottom of this page.
Working with families
We believe strongly that parents and nursery working together have a positive impact on your child’s overall development. As well as being available at the start and end of a session, we share information with families through an online platform called Tapestry, so you can share in your child’s learning.
Who’s who at Ladybirds Nursery
